Q. How will you know my pets needs?
A. We will ask you to complete a questionnaire before your booking detailing what your pet likes, doesn't like, what you would like us to do.
Q. How will you access my home?
A. We will ask you to provide us a key which we will securely store without details of your address or provide us with secure access to a key at the property, for example a key safe.
Q. What if my pet is unwell?
A. If we visit your home and find your pet is unwell we will first & foremost call you. If we cannot make contact or it is an absolute emergency we will take your pet to the vets listed on the questionnaire you originally completed.
Q. What area do you cover?
A. We're based in Tongham on the Surrey / Hampshire border and cover Aldershot, Ash, Ash Green, Ash Vale, Farnham, Farnborough, Fleet, Frimley Green, Frimley. If your is not specifically listed please make contact as we may still be able to provide our services depending on other booking.

Q. Do I need to pay in advance?
25% of cost is due on booking for advance bookings with the balance due on or before the first day of service. With ad-hoc bookings full payment will be required on bookings.
